OOTD : Hello Lavenham

Sawasdee ka~

If you read my OOTD post about what did I wear to a spring wedding, surely you know that last Easter I went down to Suffolk with my boyfriend. We had a chance to drive to Lavenham (one of the oldest villages in UK). Before I talk about my outfit I would like to write a bit about Lavenham too. This village is known as 'England's best preserved medieval village'. It's an attractive and charming place to go for a day out or even stay during the weekend. There are many B&B and hotels around the village. My boyfriend said that this village attract alot of tourism over the holiday period. Along the street there are plenty of lovely wooden houses, tea houses, art and antique shops. So make sure you bring camera with you. I'm sure you will want to take a few snaps. I would highly recommend this place if you plan to travel around there this summer and you will fall inlove with this little village like I do.

There are 3 places I show you in this post that I really like. The first one is the Swan hotel, I didn't stay there just went for traditional afternoon tea. It was a nice afternoon nibble which filled my tummy until the next day. Next is Timbers antique shop, I love wandering around vintage shop although I didn't manage to buy anything from there but I'm really impress with how the owner layout the shop with loads of many vintage items. The lovely lady there also really nice. The last one is tea room again "Munnings tea room emporium", unfortunately I didn't have any tea there because it was full but I'm sure I will visit there again if I have a chance. The tearoom has a unique decoration and the staff there (not sure whether she is the owner) was really friendly.

Right, move on to OOTD post today. The day that I went to Lavenham was a nice not so sunny day with a glimpse of warm. I was wearing a black skater dress with a red hat to give a bit of contrast. I also bring cardigan with me just in case it start to get colder. The outfit today is a casual look but somehow also make me stand out from the crowd.

Skater dress : ASOS
Bag : Topshop
Hat and shoes: Thai street market

What do you think about my outfit, yayy or nayy?
